@LifeAtALKU as a Cash Reconciliation Specialist:

As ALKU continues to grow, so do the needs and initiatives of the Cash Management team.  As a Cash Reconciliation Specialist, you will help and assist the Cash Application and Accounts Receivable teams with various reconciliations of our largest clients, as well as maintain detailed logs to track and report month-end statistics. This person must also be detail oriented, have a problem solving mindset, and enjoy working behind the scenes with numbers as they will be conducting extensive and at times complex research based projects. 

Day to Day:

• Identify and resolve client payment-based issues daily
• Collaborate with Billing & Accounts Receivable regarding the resolution of outstanding issues
• Maintain detailed on-account logs for unidentified payments
• Processing & posting VMS (portal) client payments
• Communicate with Accounting & Finance regarding month end reporting discrepancies
• Quality control duties to ensure payments are posted accurately into our accounting system
• Create and maintain relationships with internal Revenue employees and external clients
• Proactive research duties to limit payment discrepancies upon receipt
