Cashier/Customer Service Rep We’re seeking a friendly bilingual automotive cashier with a winning attitude to join our car dealership team! Our ideal candidate has solid customer service and computer skills and can multitask effectively in a busy enviroment. Previous work experience taking payments is helpful. We need an eager candidate who is poised to provide excellent customer service and communication skills to interface with our customers and departments.We support our team members with competitive wages and ample opportunities to grow. We currently have four sales locations and one service location. Our Customer Service Reps may need to travel to to one of four locations. We currently offer $15 for gas , if we send you to either of our two south locations. Automotive Cashier Responsibilities: • Greet customers with a smile, maintain a professional appearance, escalate customer complaints to the Manger on Duty if needed • Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received • Assume responsibility for cash control to ensure that all amounts are correct. • Provide exemplary customer service while efficiently and professionally fielding phone calls to deliver a positive buyer experience • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution. There is room for growth. After learning how to be a customer service rep, we will train you how to close/ contract a deal if interested. Incentives: After 90 days - eligible for Holiday pay and eligible to participate in Weekend Bonus. We provide lunch on weekends and holidays. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
