WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Marketing Collateral Oversight: Review and submit changes for marketing collateral and ensure accurate and timely adherence to the approval chain for marketing collateral.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with National Marketing management to design, implement, and evaluate marketing programs and collaborate with counterparts to establish best practices and efficiencies.
  • Direct Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Direct Marketing team to develop campaigns and establish direct mail and email criteria specific to each campaign.
  • Event Administration: Make approval decisions for event participation and tickets based on historical gaming and prepare rules and procedures for tournaments, giveaways, and drawings
  • Tournament Management: Assist with all tournament administration, overseeing aspects from databases to hardware/software checks and conduct promotional drawings, including public speaking engagements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Gaming MICS (Minimum Internal Control Standards) for all events, tournaments, and giveaways.
  • Informational Content Development: Develop fact sheets, memos, and informational content for Slot Marketing initiatives.
  • Support to Host Team: Provide support to the Casino Host team by explaining procedures/systems and source solutions for obstacles encountered by the host team.
  • Collaboration with MGM Rewards Desk: Collaborate in day-to-day operations with the MGM Rewards Desk and support company-wide initiatives related to MGM Rewards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports based on business needs and answer financial and comparative performance questions related to Slot Marketing events and initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • Either a bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and other outside contacts.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, InDesign and Excel and SQL Server.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Registration with Nevada Gaming Control Board (Gaming Card)
