Casting Associate

Bento Box is currently seeking a Casting Associate to join the second season of a new animated primetime series coming soon to Fox. The Casting Associate is responsible for assisting the Casting Director in finding voice talent and coordinating with Production to prepare for cast recording.

Responsibilities:

• Attend Casting meetings and support Casting Director in brainstorming and presenting options for all open roles
• Work with talent representation to find and audition potential actors
• Organize and track talent agency submissions
• Source audio clips and other pitch materials for Producer and Executive review
• Update and maintain Casting lists
• Collect cast and agency contact info to assemble episodic cast contact lists
• Coordinate with agencies to procure necessary payroll documents and agreements 
• Coordinate booking and scheduling of cast for table reads and records
• Maintain relationships with talent agents

Qualifications:

• Experience working with talent agents and managers
• An interest in animation and previous experience in Casting a plus
• Strong people skills, including professionalism with high level cast and executives
• Experience in scheduling auditions and records
• Excellent organization and detail tracking skills
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written; including crafting email communication 
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
