Electric Monster is a rapidly growing content creation studio founded in March of '21 that acquires and grows digital video brands in the general entertainment space. The team at Electric Monster is a diverse mix of ambitious digital video veterans and people looking to make their mark on our industry. As we continue to grow, we are in search of a Casting Coordinator to join our talented team and help shape the future of digital content.
Position Summary
The Casting Coordinator will be an essential member of our production team, working closely with the creative department to facilitate casting for all our shows and properties. This role involves a range of responsibilities, from on-boarding talent to managing talent-related paperwork and logistics. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is ready to learn, can work both independently and collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time, on-site, and reports directly into the Casting Producer. Majority of our productions are executed in our studios located in Burbank, CA.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Casting Producer to book and onboard talent for our productions.
- Track and maintain all talent-related documents, including contracts, releases, and payment details.
- Work alongside the production team to build schedules and manage logistical aspects related to talent.
- Post casting calls and coordinate auditions with the creative team to ensure a smooth casting process.
- Collaborate with the Casting Producer to provide a diverse range of talent options for current and upcoming shows.
- Compile and submit expense reports related to talent, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Offer support and assistance to the Casting Manager in various casting-related tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 4+ years previous experience in customer service, or client facing roles.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, and can easily pick up on other project management software utilized by the team e.g. Airtable, Monday, etc
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with team members and cast.
- Exceptional attention to detail, administrative skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding time management skills, including the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Ability to work with and manage expectations of talent with varying personalities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- While not required, prior production or casting experience is a plus.

Base Salary: $53,000 - $58,000 DOE
