As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of our new Flannels store, providing outstanding customer service, expert product knowledge, and a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your passion for fashion and keen eye for the latest trends will enable you to assist customers in finding their perfect style.

Job Description
- Customer Service:Â Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, offering personalised assistance and advice on products.
- Sales:Â Drive sales through understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Product Knowledge:Â Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brands, products, and trends to ensure expert advice is provided.
- Visual Merchandising:Â Assist with maintaining the store's appearance by organising displays, ensuring the store is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Stock Management:Â Support with stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Team Collaboration:Â Work effectively with the team to create a positive and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Passion for Fashion:Â A keen interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of current trends.
- Customer-Focused:Â Excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Sales Driven:Â Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business success.
- Team Player:Â Collaborative approach with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility:Â Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Experience:Â Previous experience in retail, particularly in a luxury or high-end fashion environment, is advantageous but not essential.

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
*Salary is based on age range (16-20 £8.65) (21+ £11.50)
