Catalogue Import Specialist

• Onboard new retailers for the US and Other Markets.
• Keep an eye on the existing import system, all processes, Day-to-Day Import System Activities.
• Debug, fix, and escalate for raised issues by different teams regarding the product feed, native checkout.
• Recurring task to audit retailers' data feeds from time to time to catch issues and bugs in the system.
• Writing scripts to automate daily activities.
• Monitoring Setup for On-going and new catalog processes as per latest requirements.
• Do follow up and coordinate with Other teams to complete the assignments.
• Audit native checkout fail orders to fulfill for finding data issues and other bugs for increasing fulfillment rate.
• will have involvement in checkout related monitoring support also.
• Will be responsible for managing ops activity of backend system for our website other than prime catalog responsibilities.
• Responsible for catalog ad hoc activities which comes as a real-time requirement.

Key skills required

• Technical Skills:
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze retailer data feeds and identify bugs and inconsistencies.
• Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages ( Bash, Python etc.) to automate daily activities.
• System Monitoring: Experience with monitoring tools and processes to ensure ongoing operations and identify issues.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Ability to debug and fix issues in catalog processes, including product feeds and native checkouts.
• Database Management: Familiarity with SQL , PSQL or other databases to audit, manage, and maintain product feeds.




• Operations & Process Management:
• Project Management: Experience in handling multiple tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and following up to ensure the completion of assignments.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to carry out thorough audits and manage ad hoc activities in real time.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset for resolving data issues, optimizing fulfillment rates, and troubleshooting bugs.
• Process Improvement: Knowledge of automating manual processes and improving operational efficiency.




• Soft Skills:
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with other teams and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Communication: Clear communication for escalating issues, reporting progress, and following up on assignments.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle real-time ad hoc requests and adapt to new catalog process requirements.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in identifying bugs and issues, especially during audits

Must have:

•  A Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field with minimum 2 year of experience.
• Proficiency in scripting languages ( Bash, Python etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL.
