Category Execution Executive - Ops/Promo - Project Based for 6 to 12 months

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

Main role is to work on a specified Business Unit (BU)/Category /Categories to execute the growth strategy of that specified BU/Category/Categories

JOB SUMMARY:

• Leads the execution of all activities pertaining to category product changes, placement & visibility, shelf standard and promotions
• Closely work with cross functional teams - Procurement, Customer Strategy & Planning (CS&P), QA, R&D, Brand Marketing, and Market Collaboration & Planning (MCP) teams to ensure that the category growth initiatives are landed on time
• Manages the category budget to ensure no over or under use
• Reports the execution of national activities to CS&P

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1 to 2 years in category management
• Strategy / Critical Thinking
• Project Management with attention to details
• Customer Business Development / Sales experience is a plus
• Amenable for an initial 6 month project based contract with possibility of extending up to 12 months
