As a Category Executive, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth in the CEE region. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our key accounts, from identifying and onboarding high-potential sellers to negotiating terms and managing their success on the platform. This dynamic role requires strong collaboration with various teams to improve key performance indicators and build lasting business relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard potential sellers, brands, and stores in the CEE region.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial and payment terms, closing deals with vendors.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring operational readiness through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance KPIs and align with business objectives.
  • Drive account engagement through regular meetings, performance assessments, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Extensive track record in business development or sales, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or tech industries, with a focus on non-fashion categories such as electronics or home goods.
  • Market research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential vendors.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable deals.
  • Fluency in English and Romanian, with excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and without restrictions.
