Category Manager, Operations Indirect Services

This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide category management for operational support services, including facilities, security, staffing, waste management, and equipment services. The Category Manager will develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives that balance cost optimization, quality, and risk management while driving measurable enterprise value. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to influence operations, finance, and venue leadership, fostering strong supplier partnerships and ensuring compliance with governance and sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, negotiation expertise, and a collaborative approach to transform procurement into a strategic business driver.
