Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Catering Manager 3 to join our team at the Federal Reserve Bank in Boston. The current food landscape consists of Cafe, Catering, Executive Dining, and Coffee Shop. The Catering Manager 3 will oversee the logistics of the catering department.

Incentives

6am to 4pm M-F with ability to flex their schedule to meet catering needs. Unit is located across the street from South Station

What You'll Do

• Oversee catering logistics
• Menu planning with the Executive Chef
• Attend client meetings with internal and external clients
• Will help manage a team of 4 hourly employees and temp labor when needed
• Oversee set-up and breakdown of events
• Ensure cateirng deliveries are delievered on time

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
