Catering Sales Student worker/Intern

Job Description

The Catering Sales Student Worker/Intern position assists the catering sales department with clerical duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state, local, federal, and Aramark regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
• Confirms recipes with Chef
• Creates/ confirms Allergen Signage
• Confirms allergen signage is present at VIP events
• Manages Allergen Excel sheet
• Manages LTO schedule- sends calendar events for LTO due dates - when edits are due, when email blast should go out, when LTOs are active.
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

? Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
? Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
