DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Functions include supporting the Phoenix Service Center (PSC) in the Operation and Execution of Customer Commercial Asset Verification (CAV) and reporting functions as applicable to the Repair & Overhaul requirements.
• Will support the function of PSC Repair & Overhaul functions as a Customer Service Representative in reporting and updating system information as identified within the Customers SITS program records and other various requirements for distribution, returns, verification & validations for accuracy and required reporting functions.
• Communicate with all levels of supporting personnel regarding Customer Service Support activities.
• Work closely with a diverse group of property professionals responsible for Honeywell capital assets, US Government Property and other Customer owned property as applicable to the Repair & Overhaul functions.
• May assist supporting Government Property Site Manager (GPSM) and Coordinator/Custodian members, which is aligned by Department/Functional Areas, and enforces the process standard of managing property at the user level.
• Ability to maintain, sustain and publish system reports as required.
• Have an understanding or experience of the CAV, FAR 45 and 52.245-1 requirements, government contracts, the ability to support Customer and CAV site audits and effectively communicate with the GPSM in supporting the DCMA, DCAA, External Customers, and KBR Internal Compliance group member.
• Support site specific Government Property Standards and Monthly Assessment & Safety Reporting as required.
• Participates at local site Daily Tier Accountability process meetings.
• Support the Team in Inventories of Repair & Overhaul units as required.
• Ensures the support in a productive work environment by adhering to departmental goals and objectives are completed in accordance with actual standards and within time and budget constraints.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.

• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 5 years of experience specific to operational needs.
• Experience in Lieu of Undergraduate degree considered.
• Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
