Location: Montreal preferred or Québec Province - (Canadian and US applicants living outside Montreal, Quebec, who are fluent in French will be considered)
Travel: Up to 25%
Position Type: Contract preferred orFulltime (one year duration)
We are seeking a high caliber CCaaS Business Architect (BA) to join our growing team. You will assist Clients in transforming and optimizing their customer's experience while increasing operational efficiency. As the BA you will provide ownership for all requirement and solution definition artifacts throughout the project lifecycle. You will serve as the Business Process Management expert and leader, as well as mentor others on best practices.
In addition, you will facilitate requirements gathering sessions, plan and lead demos, work as a Scrum Master and direct day to day project activities, forecast and plan resource requirements. You will deliver project deliverables on scope, on time, and on budget. You will provide strategic thinking, solutions, and roadmaps as well as ensuring adherence to established standards and practices. You will maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to CCaaS architectural solutions. You will also identify gaps between Client needs and proposed solutions/product capabilities and develop associated solution options.
Qualifications for success:

• 5-10 years of experience as a CCaaS Business Architect leading requirements, change management and training programs
• Experience in creating functional call flows and leading CCaaS testing efforts
• Ideal candidate will have hands on experience with Nice CXone but will also consider candidates with similar platform experience (Genesys PureCloud, Five 9, or Amazon Connect)
• Ideal candidate will VUI design experience
• Experience with Six Sigma process management
• Solid analytical, business process modeling, and user design experience
• Experience as a professional services client consultant with a collaborative team focus, strong listening skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
• Proven planning and project management skills
• Fluent in Canadian French / Québécois French
• Ability to work onsite at Client as needed or travel to client as needed
• CRM platform (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc..) experience a plus
• Experienced planning, authoring and giving customer presentations.
