CCAI (Contact Center AI) Innovation Lead
Location: Atlanta onsite hybrid 3-4 days a week
Reporting to: Director
Employment: Full time temporary (project based employment - one year)
We are hiring an Innovation Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer service by leveraging advanced CCAI technologies. As an Innovation Lead, you will blend strategic thinking, technical expertise, and an innovative mindset to drive the evolution of CCAI solutions. If you have a background with end to end architecture, developing and executing strategic visions for AI technology into contact center solutions this is an exciting role where you will serve as the primary technical authority on CCAI solutions for Eventus Clients. You will serve as the guiding architect for design, work with the development teams and Clients to translate innovative ideas into scalable and reliable AI solutions. This is a Client facing role and you will engage stakeholders across the business. What We're looking for:• 8 or more years of experience as a senior solution architect and / or technical lead• 3 or more years leading technical teams• Experience working in an Agile development environment• Experience gathering business and technical requirements as well as solution development• Experience with AI technology stack from leading AI services providers (Google Dialogflow (preferred), IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms)• Experience optimizing NLU performance based on production data• Experience building complex, multi-turn, semantically driven, intent-based applications• Understanding of intent classification, entity extraction, conversation flows, and NLP training principles• Excellent communication skills and experience working with Clients

Applicants can expect to make between $185,000 to $213,500 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description.
