Job Description Summary:

Currently Currently The Central Asia and Caucasus Region Public Affairs, Communication & Sustainability (CCAR PACS) function covers the region of 8 countries, with three of them being priority markets (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan). Under the new operating model where CCAR franchise aspires to be the Fuel of OU Growth Engine respective functions of CCAR are focusing to deliver strong results.
Requirements:

• Graduate student (enrolled in Masters’ program) in a related field of studies (including, but not limited to international relations, journalism, social/political studies, diplomacy or similar) or recent graduate (must have bachelors’ degree) from the similar areas
• In addition to his/her native language be fluent in English and in Russian (mandatory);
• Experience in working with local or international businesses or NGOs Volunteering or internship experience in similar areas would be an advantage.
• Have a demonstrated interest in the work of the PACS area;
• Have a demonstrated ability to interact successfully with individuals of different cultural backgrounds.
• Be computer literate in standard software applications: Microsoft Office, Email Management, Digital Calendar Management, Search Engine Research, Social Media

*Applicants should possess solid communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, speaking and writing skills. Also, having following soft skills such as adaptability, creative thinking, teamwork, positivity, time management would be very helpful.

Successful intern will support the CCAR PACS Team with the following projects:

• Coordination of implementation of key CCAR sustainability initiatives: World Without Waste, women’s economic empowerment and water replenishment projects
• Coca-Cola Academy program coordination
• Social media, content creation
• Support reporting and other admin assignments (TCCF projects, OKRs, media reports and others)
• Brand PR activities support
