The Nokia Cloud and Network Services (CNS) Global Business Center (GBC) is seeking a strategic software sales professional to develop NOKIA's CNS Business Applications (BA) Security business in the NAM for AT&T. The BA domain sales manager is a sales professional with a 'hunting' mindset and proven experience creating, cultivating and closing new business opportunities in the Security domain. The BA domain sales manager is responsible for developing the domain strategy, domain new business pipeline, account strategy, account planning and sales execution plans to meet or exceed growth plans for the Security domain in the assigned accounts.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

Accountable for breaking in new sales opportunities and to develop case specific win strategies. Ultimately you play a crucial part in the ambition of the company to significantly grow the business.

You are the orchestrator of the multilevel selling process and ultimately you bring the deal home.

You build a strong bid team around you consisting of Solution Experts, Principal Consultants, Bid Managers, Contract managers and Sales support staff. This multidisciplinary team will report to you in a matrix setup as you will not have to look after the line managers activities for these roles. You will lead the customer negotiations, lead offer creation and makes sure to create a competitive proposal to our prospect customers.

Your skills and experience

Lead customer engagement, negotiations and all other customer interaction

  • Lead offer creation and optimization to ensure most competitive proposal.
  • Build, lead and inspire the Bid Team
  • Capitalize on tactical opportunities like geopolitical situation
  • Develop business beyond existing portfolio to create sustainable competitive advantage
  • Influence global sales strategies and service portfolio

Qualitative deliverables / KPIs:

  • Account Planning
  • Creating a customer Win Plan
  • Develop case specific win strategies

Quantitative deliverables / KPIs:

  • Prime KPI will be Business growth measured through Order intake number and Gross Margin of this Order intake
  • Further KPI's are EBITDA and to be defined specific strategic Business Objectives concerning your assignment
• EBITDA

Position Requirements:

  • Widespread and relevant network

  • Fluent in a second language next to English (e.g. French, Spanish, German)
