Company Driver • Top drivers earn up to $100,000 per year • Annual pay range: $65,000-$100,000 • Line haul pay: 27%-29% based on experience • $1,000 weekly guarantee– must be available for dispatch • Accessorials: Stop pay, detention pay, clean inspection • Home bi-Weekly for 2 days • 40% drop & hook Company Benefits • $1,500 sign on bonus • $1,100 orientation pay • Health, dental, vision, life insurance options • $1,000 referral bonus • 401k with company match • Rider program • Late model Kenworth tractors Please note that pay varies by experience level and production.
