CE AI-Personalization Lead Systems Analyst

The AI-Personalization Systems Analyst is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing processes of our Consumer Experience web and hyper-personalization offers. The Lead Systems Analyst ensures the system is in compliance with the specific client requirements. The Lead Systems Analyst coordinates project plans, creates integration, manages internal development work, and participates in client meetings. The LSA calculates data results, delivers clear test plans, test plan results, and data documentation following standard operating procedures. The LSA will configure and test the web, email, and text messaging capabilities of the hyper-personalization platform. The role will actively triage and resolve client escalations specific to Hyper-Personalization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Suggest, create, and refine automated solutions to drive improvement
  • Create and update standard operating procedures
  • Understand a client's functional requirements
  • Work with the Project Manager to clarify requirements.
  • Actively document and manage risk
  • Support client acceptance testing
  • Ability to perform strong debugging and problem solving
  • Overall quality, on-time delivery, and accuracy of Hyper-Personalization
  • Consult and participate in external and internal data requirements discussions
  • Play a key role in advancing product development and offers
  • Configures and tests all channels of Hype (web, email, IVA, Mobile Push)
  • Configures Pega and Sophie systems
  • Update HTML
  • Manipulates data for test plan execution
  • Design, update, and deliver unit, integration, regression, and acceptance test plans based on configuration completed in the system.
  • Execute test plans and record results.
  • Create and maintain internal and external data layout requirements

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of data and testing experience on digital and/or print platforms
  • Managing and working with Off-Shore resources
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits including compensation, equity, health and welfare, 401k, and pension
  • Working knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Working knowledge of PEGA
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent defect management tool

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (with preferred concentrations in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS) or equivalent years of industry experience.
