As our Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead, you'll play a critical role in maximizing our investment in the Microsoft ecosystem, which includes Office 365, Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Advanced Warehousing, Field Service), and Power BI.

Here's what you'll be leading:

You'll play a pivotal role in managing and continually enhancing our Customer Engagement (CE) and Field Service (FS) systems. Partnering with our Head of IT Projects and Solutions, you'll be the primary expert on all Field Service and Customer Service Dynamics 365 needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to discover creative methods to maximize the platform's capabilities and drive optimal results.

You’re passionate about partnering and engaging with stakeholders across the organization, listening to their needs and translating them into solutions within the platform. You're not just a troubleshooter; you're constantly exploring ways to improve our systems and enhance the customer experience. Whether it's through configuring workflows, designing forms, or developing security enhancements, you know how to turn technology into a competitive advantage.

But you won't be doing this alone. As our internal SME, you'll be empowering others. Leading a Junior Analyst, you will coach and support them to contribute to driving value. You'll also provide training more broadly to super users in Supply Chain and Finance, helping them become champions of the platform within their own teams. Your guidance will create ripples throughout the organization, leading to a more informed and capable workforce.

Beyond internal collaboration, you'll work with our external Dynamics 365 integrators, partnering with them to design and test more complex solutions. It's about ensuring that our technology stack is not just robust, but also adaptable to the changing needs of the business.

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you should have a deep understanding and a few years under your belt working with Dynamics 365, particularly in Customer Experience – Field Service would be a bonus. You're a problem-solver who loves a good challenge, and you're always looking for ways to make things better. Communication comes naturally to you, and you're just as comfortable discussing technical details with IT teams as you are explaining benefits to business stakeholders.
