CEE BU OHC Category Director
About the role
As the CEE BU OHC Category Director, you will spearhead the commercial activities of the Oral Health Care category in CEE BU. Leading a team of Marketing Managers, an Innovation Manager, and an Innovation Project Manager, you will implement the category strategy, ensuring market share, sales, and profit align with BU brand priorities. You will build partnership and collaborate with numerous stakeholders, including local markets, the CEE Leadership Team, the Regional Team, and other stakeholders across various functions within Haleon.
Given the significance of the OHC category for the CEE BU, you will be instrumental in building and developing a high-performing marketing team for the CEE BU.
Role Responsibilities

Oversee the ownership of Category P&Ls, tasked with meeting set financial targets.

Lead our brands’ performance in the CEE market and enhance the competitiveness of our overall OHC portfolio.

Create long-term (3-5 years) OHC category/brand/consumer visions and strategies, supervising the BU marketing team in their development and ensuring effective implementation.

Guide, develop, and motivate the BU marketing team while identifying and nurturing key talent.

Devise a successful strategy for the OHC in CEE to drive market growth and ensure winning performance, leveraging global strategies and successful international cases to accelerate CEE growth.

Effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating executive presence and the appropriate level of urgency.

Direct and oversee the connection strategy implementation for the OHC category.

Lead creative advertising initiatives as well as expert marketing activities for the OHC category.

Represent the brand group and influence key decision-makers to meet the brand group's objectives.

Work closely with global and EMEA/Latam marketing teams, integrating local insights and highlighting regional needs in the strategy.

Drive the CEE growth strategy through impactful cross-functional relationships and exceptional plan execution for experts, consumers, and shoppers.

Proactively analyse business performance of the portfolio in CEE, managing and correcting course if necessary.

Initiate relevant market research (consumer/customer/expert) to uncover meaningful insights and identify innovation opportunities.

Identify local innovations for Oral Health Care in alignment with the new BU Lead Innovation Process.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

Extensive marketing experience with leading FMCG brands and experience in developing brand strategies & activation plans inclusive of media management.

Experience in overseeing brand trade execution with a comprehensive grasp of commercial strategies is essential.

Experienced in both the operational and strategic aspects of Digital Marketing (including SEA, SEO, Display, Video, Social, eCommerce), with current knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in the Digital Marketing landscape.

Proven team management abilities with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated by successfully building and managing high-performing teams, as well as developing talent.

Experience working across multiple countries, with a strong track record in driving business growth.

Demonstrated success in P&L management, showcasing financial and commercial expertise in recognizing business challenges and opportunities.

In-depth knowledge in extracting insights and analysing consumer, shopper, and customer trends to inform strategic and action plans.

Fluent English language skills.
