About the role: The Center of Excellence Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating the training and development needs of GoHealth employees. This includes identifying appropriate resources, ensuring they are used efficiently, scheduling and administration of training needs. Maintains responsibility for the operational and quality outcomes of the service lines. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The performance of our business is highly dependent on training and support from the Learning & Onboarding Development team.

What you’ll do:

  • Establish training resource and session schedules for training events and initiatives
  • Publicize and promote events using established processes and communication mediums
  • Produce progress and completion reports
  • Administrator responsibilities, which can include gatekeeper of schedules, class objects and related curriculum
  • Conducts task analysis studies to determine pain points and areas of opportunity with the onboarding, RTS (ready to sell) processes and ongoing continued educational training.
  • Observes employees and confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work scenarios to better understand policies and processes that could be streamlined to shorten the RTS timeline and improve the candidate experience
  • Recommends tools, resources, and training as needed to optimize performance
  • Assists in the development of process maps and process documentation
  • Implements and supports RTS process improvements; Surveys new employees to measure progress and to evaluate their on-boarding experience
  • Monitor and answer COE systems and schedule related tickets in a timely fashion
  • Collaborates with HR, WFM, Managers and Instructional Design teams to plan, schedule and administer new hire, onboarding, and continuing education training
  • Performs other duties as requested

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Experience coordinating large scale training initiatives and learning projects preferred
  • Effective, engaging, and professional communication and leadership skills required
  • Adept at managing client and stakeholder expectations required
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management and/or HRIS Systems preferred
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong administrative and coordinative skills
  • Exercises accuracy and attention to detail, as well as discretion
  • Effective analytical and problem-resolution skills
  • Ability to effectively use technology while working with large data sets preferred
