We are looking for a talented and innovative technology executive to lead our central AI organization. Reporting to the CTO, this person will collaborate with business and technical leaders across the company to develop, enable, and execute ADI's AI strategy. This leader must have amazing capabilities to hire, organize, and drive cross-functional teams of engineers supporting internal and external AI solutions for engineering, manufacturing, sales, and HR. Your teams will develop best-in-class AI technologies including large-scale foundation models, tools and methodologies, and small-footprint edge AI deployments. The ideal candidate possesses broad and deep AI/ML technical expertise combined with strong business acumen.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in AI and ML systems, methods. and applications in the corporate arena
  • A proven track record of building and deploying successful AI/ML solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across the enterprise.
  • Extensive knowledge of current AI technologies and future trends, including AI at the edge
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to excel in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 15+ years of experience leading large teams in forward-looking technology or R&D environments.
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor and associated technology industries strongly preferred
