Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for a motivated Central Operations Leader to join our team.
We are seeking a highly motivated Central Operations Leader with a strong background in data analysis, data storytelling, and operational support. This individual will primarily support pricing strategies while also contributing to various central operations initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced in data mining, organizing, and interpreting complex datasets to drive business decisions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational support. The Central Operations Leader will report directly to the Director of Central Operations.

What You’ll Do:
Pricing Strategy Support:
- Refine and manage consistent pricing strategies in collaboration with clinic teams and leadership.
- Lead the development of pricing systems, enhance data collection processes, and oversee tactical pricing projects.
- Ensure pricing decisions align with core philosophies and goals, maintaining compliance and consistency.
- Analyze pricing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Data Analysis & Storytelling:
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and create comprehensive reports.
- Acquire, organize, and maintain data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring data integrity.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets to drive business improvements.
- Present data findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders, supporting decision-making processes.
Operational Support:
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to ensure efficient hospital operations.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows, addressing inefficiencies and optimizing processes.
- Support central operations initiatives by contributing to data-driven projects and providing actionable insights.
Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Optimize inventory systems and processes to control costs while maintaining appropriate levels.
- Lead high-impact initiatives, leveraging data insights and stakeholder influence.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop and execute optimized processes.
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to align priorities and address operational challenges.
- Act as a liaison between departments to foster collaboration and improve overall efficiency.
- Support the rollout and training of new operational initiatives, including developing materials and conducting sessions.
- Provide ongoing support to staff for process and technology adoption.

You Have:
- A College or University degree in a relevant field, or equivalent proven work experience is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or data modeling.
- Proven experience with Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and resolve problems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data insights effectively.

Compensation will fall between $110,000 - $175,000 annually based on experience, with opportunity for annual bonus.
