What Product or Services Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health
Marketing is responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions and competition to inform business strategy. Marketing implements the strategy through developing, commercializing and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Product or Services Marketing is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, promotion, branding and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth and improved profitability.
Job Summary
The Product Manager, Product & Solutions Marketing executes marketing strategies for products to differentiate Cardinal Health's products and to grow revenue, market share, and customer awareness. Based on Marketing strategies and initiatives outlined by the Director, the Product Manager develops marketing content and campaigns for a variety of channels. This job coordinates cross-functionally to gain insights and alignment across relevant stakeholders, manages relationships with suppliers, and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Job Summary

This job coordinates cross-functionally to gain insights and alignment across relevant stakeholders, manages relationships with suppliers, and reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop subject matter expertise in retail pharmacy reimbursement and PBM payment processes
- Execute PSAO member payments daily and ensure they receive their funds as quickly as possible
- Proactively engage customers and field resources when necessary
- Closely align with the PSAO onboarding team to ensure a great customer Central Pay onboarding experience
- Lead ongoing relationships with payer resources and support payment and remittance procurement efforts
- Analyze Central Pay payment data and provide succinct recap showing trends and abnormalities; including identifying potential credit risks requiring immediate attention
- Communicate KPIs to key internal stakeholders within sales, operations, and marketing
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 4+ years experience in related field, preferred.
