Job Description
We are hiring a Rent Collections Clerk to join our centralized team in the Denver Tech Center, CO.
Job Duties:
- Primarily responsible for posting and processing rent payments.
- Accurately records the receipt of payment and charges applicable fees to the appropriate ledger.
- Drive and support the printing of final account statements, deposit refunds and mail appropriately. May work directly with current/past residents and/or community team to answer questions or resolve collection related issues.
- As requested, partners with the Collections department on special projects or assists with final account statements.
- Monitor and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of assigned accounts.
- Monitor receipts. Prepare and record financial transitions. Analyze, research and resolve exception items.
Qualifications
- Detail oriented individual with proven ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and interact professionally with internal/external customers.

- Expected pay rate of $18.30 - $21.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
