CLA's Consulting and Accounting Solutions Team (CAST) provides high level finance and accounting resources on an interim or project basis for public, private and nonprofit clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. As the Central Solutions Director, you will support CAST practices and CAST consultants across the firm in a variety of functions. Areas of focus include financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting, billing activities supervision, AR oversight, business development support, CRM database support, and other areas as they arise.

Job Functions

• Manage and develop team of direct reports and impact their professional growth
• Oversee all preparation of client invoices and supervises the A/R collections and financial analysis and invoice approval in Workday specific to CAST spend (Independent Contractors, marketing, TIAA subcontractors)
• Perform revenue forecasting and budgeting, and conduct ad hoc analysis; collaborates on annual CAST budgeting process specific to revenue forecast and oversight of individual consultant budgets
• Oversee the preparation of engagement letters, client supply chain or vendor manager process, and other client support as needed
• Maintain ownership and oversight of CAST business processes
• Participate in firmwide initiatives as CAST representative (client life cycle, billing of the future, client data hub, etc.)

Job Requirements

• 10 years of work experience in a professional services organization, accounting industry, or related industry
• Bachelor's degree required
• CPA or related certification preferred
• Prior experience managing a team required, managing AR/AP or an accounting department is preferred
