About the Role

As a Central Strategy & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and scaling our sales organization, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with sales leadership to ensure sales goals are met, and efficient and scalable sales processes are in place. You will help define short-term and long-term growth paths for the organization. This is a role that is both strategic and operational in nature. This person will spend time understanding the key drivers of our business and developing strategies to enable growth, and also getting hands-on implementing those strategies working with our cross-functional partners in finance, business systems, HR, marketing and customer success.

Your Area of Focus
  • Translate board goals into actionable strategies for our sales teams.
  • Lead a team to drive key initiatives that are transformative for our overall business.
  • Develop strategies to enable growth by understanding the key drivers of our business.
  • Work with cross-functional partners in finance, business systems, HR, marketing, and customer success to implement strategies.
  • Assist with company-wide priorities such as setting sales quota, forecasting and compensation administration, territory planning, and process improvement.
  • Work closely with GTM leadership to ensure appropriate objectives and priorities are set and there is alignment across the Sales organization as a whole.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy.
  • Manage and optimize sales technology stack, including CRM, sales automation, and reporting tools.
  • Participate in the creation of annual and quarterly sales plans and budgets.
  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with sales policies and regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals to ensure high performance and career growth.
Your Professional Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in an analytical role with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic and results-driven environment.
  • Structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Experience optimizing go-to-market teams for growth.
  • Proven track record of partnering with leadership teams to set strategy and drive change initiatives.
  • Proven track record of helping teams hit and exceed goals.
  • Healthcare and SaaS experience are ideal but not required.
  • Demonstrated expertise working with Salesforce or other reporting tools.
  • Experience growing and leading a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

Remote Pay Range
$121,500—$148,500 USD
