Job Description

• Assisting the Central Systems Team on standard Rate Loading processes such as Retail Rate product, Partner Promotion Loading (PLP), Group, Corporate and GDS Rate Distribution.
• Auditing and validating rate loading configuration in Opera Reservation System (ORS).
• Assisting Hotel users on distribute add-on items, marketing messages to Brand website booking engine.
• First level support for profile maintenance on Opera Customer Information System (OCIS).

Qualifications

• A desire to have fun at work and to be part of a team!
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
• Experience in Hospitality or Front office will be considerate
• Knowledge of reservations systems is desirable
• Good command of spoken and written English
• A self-motivated, strong team player, able to work under pressure
