The Opportunity:
As we continue to expand and transform the primary care experience, we’re looking for energetic and passionate leaders to manage the people, processes, and technology that make One Medical unique. As a Centralized Support Services Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for meeting One Medical patient promises of outstanding quality of care, access, and truly patient-centered experiences at an affordable cost. You’ll execute our mission of delivering high-quality care and service using The One Medical Performance System (TOPS). Specifically, you’ll manage multiple projects which will help our member support specialists through the development of standard processes and implementation of tools & technology which will ensure One Medical is a great experience for both patients and team members.
You are an experienced and innovative project manager, who is driven to liaise between project members, cross functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost and meeting plans are communicated and the project is brought to fruition. This includes setting and managing stakeholder expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining project scope, understanding project risks, and assigning team members to specific tasks. You are responsible for every aspect of the project, including assembling and leading a project team to set them and the project up for success.
What You'll Likely Work On:
- Every project starts as an idea, you’ll plan and manage all phases of the project life-cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, Closing.
- Evaluate and monitor all project/program performance for process improvement and enhancements in our change management and governance processes
- Lead cross functional project teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of business process and technology projects, services and initiatives, understanding product and software development lifecycles
- Ensure patients have an amazing experience though timely access to the care they need (pre- and post-visit administrative tasks, messages, and calls) and provide solutions to issues with minimal waste and friction
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years project management experience managing projects with large scale implementations (a large scale implementation typically requires a large project team 50+ people, and a longer timeline, usually a year or more to complete)
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, task management, reporting, risk & issue management
- Experience with contact center technology, software and tools, including some of the following NICE Incontact, Customer Relationship Management systems, Electronic Records Management, Contact Routing Platforms, Telecom, etc.)
- Relevant formal training such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum, CAPM, Six Sigma, preferred
- Familiarity with G Suite and Electronic Health Record systems are a plus

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range for this role is $60,800 to $106,000. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. This is a full-time position; Phoenix area preferred but will consider remote locations.
