VisDX Allergy Solutions is seeking an entrepreneurial CEO to join our mission of transforming allergy diagnostics and care with cutting-edge innovation. We are pioneering a disruptive approach to allergy testing, making it more accessible, accurate, and cost-effective, and we need a dynamic leader to drive our vision forward.

The Innovation

VisDX Allergy Solutions leverages a breakthrough allergy diagnostic technology, enabling a rapid and clinically relevant assessment of allergic responses by combining advances in AI, imaging, and microfluidics. 

Your Role as CEO

As CEO, you will be instrumental in guiding this venture through its next stage of growth and innovation. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a robust business strategy, navigating the complexities of the diagnostics market, and expanding our reach across Europe and beyond.
• Spearheading fundraising efforts, leveraging your investor network and securing capital to support our mission.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high performance, regulatory compliance, and a focus on impactful results.
• Driving our market positioning, working closely with our technical team to bring the product to healthcare providers, allergists, and patients.
• Fostering collaborations and maintaining alignment with our partners in the medical and scientific communities to keep VisDX Allergy Solutions at the forefront of allergy diagnostics innovation.

Key Competencies

We are looking for a CEO who embodies the following qualifications:

• Diagnostics Expertise: Proven experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector, ideally with a focus on allergy diagnostics.
• Fundraising Experience: Demonstrated success in fundraising within the diagnostics industry and an established network of investors.
• Strategic Business Acumen: Exceptional strategic and analytical skills to define and execute a scalable business model, ensuring both short- and long-term goals are met.
• Commitment & Vision: A high level of commitment to our mission and a clear vision of how to bring groundbreaking diagnostic solutions to market.
• Location: Ideally based in Europe.
• Early-Stage Leadership: Prior experience as a CEO or senior executive in an early-stage, venture-backed diagnostics company, with a track record of successfully navigating rapid growth phases.
