📋 What You’ll Be Doing

• Strategic Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO and executive team to align product initiatives with company objectives.
• Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with market needs and business goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define product priorities and drive alignment.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product execution.
• Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance product effectiveness.

• 🎓 What We’re Looking For
• Experience: At least 3 years in product management, strategy, or a similar role, ideally within a startup or FinTech ecosystem.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of product strategy, financial planning, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to work at an executive level.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• High proficiency in English.
• A background in FinTech or SaaS is a plus!
