1. PMP® Certification;
2. Five (5) or more years managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams;
3. Five (5) or more years utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, etc. to track and maintain projects;
4. Five (5) or more years utilizing Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
5. Five (5) or more years developing and maintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures;
6. Five (5) or more years of experience with PMO methodologies and documentation;
7. Five (5) or more years with meeting facilitation and documentation;
8. Five (5) or more years creating and presenting internal and external status reports;
9. Five (5) or more years with Risk and Issue Management;
10. Experience with completing project deliverables within scope, schedule, costs, and quality constraints;
11. Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives;
12. Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management;
13. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certified;
14. Experience managing large projects with a large, distributed user base;
15. Experience managing both waterfall and agile projects;
16. Experience with state government projects;
17. Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1 F.A.C.;
18. Experience working with technical programming teams;
19. Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment;
20. Experience managing large projects with a large user base;
21. Experience managing vendor projects;
22. Knowledge in other IT areas such as programming, data analytics, etc.;
