Certified Project Manager with POS

• Technical knowledge of POS- ProC Servers and Functionality, Agile, SCRUM experience JIRA, Pega knowledge Prior experience with Verizon is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business management, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills. 1-5 years of experience.

CERTIFICATIONS:

• C Certification, PMP, CSM, project management certifications

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Responsible for the Technical coordination, stability, and status reporting of cross-functional project-oriented work efforts. Manages processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet customer specifications. Assembles Technical details to the nth level for POS systems, project plans and team assignments.
• Directs and monitors work performance by managing resource requirements, performance quality analysis, and escalating timeline concerns in a timely manner. Responsible for tracking project deliverables and adjusting project plans and/or resource needs to meet customer requirements. Schedules meetings and coordinates communication regarding project progress and risks that impact budget and/or timeline. Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high intensity.

JOB DUTIES:

• Effectively manage and drive IT projects to successful completion. Assemble plans, teams, coordinate and ensure processes and Agile methodologies are followed. Responsible for accepting business requirements, assessing scope/impacts, creation of user stories and approach documentation, and reviewing designs
• Ability to convert business requirements/user stories into functional/system requirements; work on mutli-system complex integration projects, meets the scheduled deadlines, and resolve problems without impacting schedules or projects Demonstrates strong analysis and design skills on development for products and services that include front end and back end integration; Understand the full end-to-end impacts of an initiative and have the ability to identify any impacts to other cross-functional teams/applications; work on production issue resolutions Partnering with the development leads to ensure that system is scalable, tuned for performance, and operationalized
• Work closely with the business stakeholders and development team throughout the project MUST HAVE SKILLS: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment Strong technical and communication skills; Must be a good team player.
