Position Summary:

We are actively seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep expertise in investment banking and capital raising. You will act as a torchbearer of our ethos, leading the way with financial strategies that fuel our continued growth and affirm our commitment to our clients.

Key Roles / Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategies in sync with our goals, with a special focus on investment banking strategies and capital raising.
• Provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated accounting team, driving accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, identifying opportunities for improved profitability and value creation.
• Work cross-functionally to identify, manage, and mitigate financial risks while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering strong banking relationships.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and capital structure through strategic investment banking and capital raising initiatives.
• Deliver data-driven financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, investors, auditors, and other external partners, opening doors to new financing and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and procedures, managing financial audits and reporting processes.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial services, investment banking, and capital raising.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Solid track record in senior financial leadership roles, such as CFO or VP of Finance.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Thorough understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in managing financial risks and optimizing cash flow and capital allocation.
• Outstanding leadership skills, able to inspire and manage teams to drive success.
• Strategic and analytical mindset, with a knack for turning financial insights into business strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in investment banking and capital raising, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and investor relations is advantageous.
