Job Description

Objective of the role
Leading our financial operations and contribute to our growth and success in the energy market. The CFO will also join the Management Board, playing a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the company.

Essential responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities of the company, ensuring robust financial health and alignment with business goals
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s objectives, including long-term financial planning and budget management
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to the executive team and the Group
• Monitor and manage the company’s liquidity in coordination with the Group’s Treasury to ensure sufficient funds for operations and investments
• Assess and manage credit risk, developing policies and procedures to mitigate financial exposure
• Drive the automation of financial processes and enhance data management practices to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team
• Actively participate in the Management Board, contributing to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial role
• Solid background in the energy sector is highly appreciated
• Academic degree in Finance, Accounting. CPA or MBA preferred
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, automation of financial processes, data management, liquidity management, and credit risk management
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills
• Fluency in Polish and English
