Citi Global Wealth is a Division of Citi focused on serving the needs of clients across the entire wealth spectrum. It has been created by combining the Wealth Management businesses across Citi Global Consumer Bank and Citi Private Bank. It serves over 500,000 clients through its global footprint in Asia, EMEA, Mexico, and North America.

CIM deliver's investment solutions designed to meet the unique goals and objectives of CGW clients. Institutional quality portfolio management, research, due diligence, and oversight provide the foundation for CIM's comprehensive investment strategies. We offer core portfolios and opportunistic investments that seek to take advantage of timely and relevant market opportunities through our discretionary managed accounts and third-party investment offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Product Programs and supporting the delivery of products to different business units throughout the globe. The focus will be on products delivered by 3rd parties (SMA's, Mutual Funds, etc.) but may expand to other investment products offered to our clients.
• Lead projects across their lifecycle by first identifying a client need or inefficiency in process and developing an end to end plan of action to address it
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond the scope of formal projects
• Manage all aspects of product/client service including planning, prioritizing and organizing projects and launches
• Efficiently solve complex, ambiguous problems/situations.
• Multi-tasks productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities.
• Have the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Possess the ability to exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Work with Control partners to ensure Investment products and their processes meet regulatory standards
• Educate Financial Advisors on investment product and platform capabilities
• Assist with the development and launch of products to fit within a new digital wealth platform
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant financial services experience
• Strong Computer Skills (MS Office)
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Securities Industry Essentials - SIE, Active Series 7, (63 and 65) or 66 license required
• Ability to build and leverage strategic working relationships with control and sales partners
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Solid work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude
• Comprehensive industry and investment product knowledge
• Deep knowledge and experience of the business and ability to solve complex problems
• Team Player with an ability to effectively collaborate with internal control partners to help achieve the common goal "To Be The Best for your Client"

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
