Change Analyst
Job Description
This position works cross-functionally with business and information technology teams, providing the technical liaison expertise required to design and deploy IT systems solutions, many of which are technical. Provides leadership and direction to IT and business analysts; executes frameworks or assumes responsibility for the completion of major projects; performs or oversees all or most of the systems development life cycle and ongoing administration functions including needs analysis, feasibility analysis, structured system analysis, technology and software assessment, project marketing, project planning and management, implementation and testing, user training, post-implementation assessment and directs and participates in complex studies. Work is performed within a broad framework of general policy and requires creativity and resourcefulness to accomplish goals and objectives and in applying concepts, plans and strategies which may deviate from traditional methods and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed of key department initiatives.
- Perform analysis and make recommendations for stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate periodic assessments of division and report to department leadership.
- Cultivate a change team and facilitate activities.
- Ensure alignment with key stakeholders.
- Plan, Create, and Distribute awareness and knowledge campaigns.
- Ability to apply ADKAR methodology
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics) and two years of experience at Werner.
- Six months to one year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Change Management/PROSCI Certification preferred.

- Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
- Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
- Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
