YOU:

Looking for experienced and growth-minded Change Managers with excellent communication skills, who are interested in learning our business by managing change and communications for our Product Launch and Lifecycle Operations team and also leading change management activities for small to medium projects, from concept to execution to adoption. 

As our new Change Management Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for managing internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations with a global impact. You will advise on change management and communications best practices, plan and coordinate deliverables (primarily comms and collateral), and manage stakeholder engagement. The Change Management team is responsible for long term, strategic projects that transform how Meraki does business, therefore you will get a wide breadth of exposure and perspective. Ideally, you work independently with strong people skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You are comfortable in a meeting with technical experts, asking questions to understand how their project impacts internal teams. You are equally comfortable presenting stakeholder engagement plans to leadership or drafting comms to partners about shipping delays. You quickly master both the organization and our business, connecting people cross-functionally and driving projects forward.

  • Build and execute end-to-end change programs for organizational transitions driven by the operations teams
  • Manage change and communications for our product lifecycle stakeholders, including go-to-market, new product / feature introductions, and end of sale
  • Develop and drive stakeholder and impact assessments, communication and training plans, and measure adoption
  • Build effective cross-functional relationships and champion change across Meraki

  • 3-5 years of organizational change management experience 
  • 5+ years of related project/program management experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • Strong knowledge of processes and activities needed to identify, define, combine, unify, and coordinate various processes and project management activities, including scope, time, cost, quality, and change management
  • Strong skills in planning and prioritization, risk identification and management, and time and productivity management
  • Strong business networking, client management, consulting and partnering, facilitation, conflict management, negotiation, change management, coaching and presentation & demonstration skills
  • Successful management of ambiguity and changes in direction and priorities 
  • Solid grasp of how new systems, processes, and tools can affect people and their work
  • Ability to effectively influence peers and managers
  • Ability to work autonomously to deliver outstanding results with minimal direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • ProSci certification preferred

Compensation Range: $78,400 USD - $117,200 USD
