The Change Management Analyst and Content Manager is responsible for deploying operational improvements across the People Experience (HR) function and creating and managing employee-facing content for the People Experience (HR) function, as well as internal documentation that allows the organization to succeed at scale
The Change Management Analyst and Content Manager reports to the PX Enablement Leader with a high degree of coordination with the Change Management Lead - together they work to streamline processes and enable success at scale, and create, improve, and organize HR content to create the best employee experience possible
In partnership with the rest of the PX Enablement team, this role is focused on operationalizing cutting edge process and system improvements across all People Experience centers of excellence. They deliver our Culture of Care to each stakeholder both inside and outside of the PX organization. A successful candidate is people-oriented, action-biased, and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguous processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple process-focused projects of varying size and complexity across the PX organization
    • Areas of emphasis include: talent acquisition, onboarding, tiered employee support, benefits initiatives, and employee engagement
  • Partner with key stakeholders like Payroll, IT, and Legal & Compliance
  • Assist in the creation of and operationalize creative solutions that leverage HR technology and cutting edge people-focused processes to some of today's largest HR issues
  • Plan and execute the OCM methodology to prepare, engage, and support PX teammates through change
  • Direct and oversees OCM planning and coordination of programs and business partnership with the rest of the PX Enablement team and PX PMO
  • Monitors and challenges performance of current processes and systems. Identifies and advocates for solutions designed to deliver value and mitigate risk as appropriate.
  • Develop journey / story messaging for changes leveraging anchor channels and new channels for key audiences
  • Create and own content for the People Experience team, including employee-facing and team-internal process documentation
    • Areas of emphasis include: talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits & compensation, HRIS operations and transactions, and employee experience
  • Manage the People Experience components of Zoom's intranet

Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years of progressively complex HR experience
  • An eye for process improvement and project management
  • Ability to quickly foster and build relationships with various functional areas across the business
  • Experience writing and managing employee-facing content
  • Experience developing and documenting HR processes and procedures
  • PHR, SHRM-CP a plus
