The CHVAC Transformation Management Office (TMO), formed this past year, partners with various Commercial HVAC teams to complete projects within their budget and timeline. Our approach is to be proactive and to ensure the success of the business transformations. We provide expertise in program, project, and change management, tackle obstacles head-on, clearly communicate progress and results, and consistently monitor employee engagement to help teams progress at pace and achieve their goals. Through this approach, we add value enabling the organization to drive transformational objectives, build capabilities, and deliver results to enable long-term growth.

Within the TMO, the Change Implementation Team is responsible for helping drive change through the CHVAC organization within Carrier. As change is not a seasoned discipline within Carrier, this role will be challenging, yet rewarding and fun as we bring tremendous value to the organization. Our team uses the phrase Change Implementation over Change Management to convey ACTION not ownership of the process.

We are looking to hire a team of leaders who have a passion for change and as Change Implementation Leads, work with our team to fulfill two specific objectives:

Support a single area or program within CHVAC through multiple end-to-end changes Help grow change throughout CHVAC by building, training, and supporting our newly formed team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As an individual contributor, this role is responsible for creating the overall change strategy and executing all change management activities for the team.
  • Apply Prosci change management processes and tools to create, lead, and execute plans that support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Provide leaders with weekly reporting and feedback on the change KPI's and milestones.
  • Participate in all project meetings with the business teams to make sure change management is a key part of all discussions.
  • Partner with leaders and help create an appropriate business change team to help support the implementation of all change management plans.
  • Lead and manage an internal change network of key stakeholders for all initiatives.
  • Engage senior management and leaders to execute a full communication plan detailing changes to employees.
  • Identify gaps in employee knowledge or competency needed to support future-state processes and work with the team to create training plans and appropriate training.
  • identify gaps in the business where change tools can assist leaders in creating stronger teams - RACI matrix, etc.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prosci Certification
  • 3+ years of change management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -

  • Global experience in change management
