Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Change Management Consultant to play a key role in the adoption of our innovative staffing tool. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing user engagement across multiple countries.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and deliver engaging training materials for diverse user groups.
• Organize and conduct training sessions, providing ongoing support to users.
• Design and implement effective change management plans to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop global adoption strategies.
• Create compelling communication materials and contribute to internal campaigns.
• Continuously gather feedback and refine training content to optimize user experience.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience in change management and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with diverse international teams.
• A passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.
