CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant with a strong background in identifying and coordinating the stakeholders among project, products, and other strategic initiatives across an enterprise. We are looking for leaders who can drive results and act as the bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, to improve customer experiences and realize innovations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Change Management Consultant, you will contribute to Indigo Slate’s success by leading cross-departmental engagements at our clients where you are developing and driving execution of strategies designed to improve customer experience, product innovation, and how enterprise organizations undergo digital transformation.Â
As a successful Change Management Consultant, you will:
- Create and implement change management strategies and plans
- Complete change management assessments
- Create and drive change roadmaps
- Develop organizational champions
- Assess change readiness
- Lead training efforts
- Develop detailed project artifacts
- Understand the big picture while mastering the details
- Drive faster adoption and minimize resistance
- Increase benefit realization and achieve results and outcomes
- Report and escalate to management as needed, track and report issues
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Provide support and coaching to help through transitions
- Collect and analyze data through interview, observation, focus groups, needs assessment surveys and informal discussion to understand an organization’s culture, success factors, and barriers.
- Define and build a plan to address anticipated resistance and identify development opportunities for change sponsors.
- Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project
- Facilitate and manage conflict as it arises
- Incorporate feedback from management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
- 5+ years of relevant Change Management experience.
- Has Prosci or equivalent certification
- Familiarity with the Microsoft environment and working with Microsoft as client or as vendor or FTE, v- team collaboration and management.
- V-dash eligible at Microsoft (not in 6-month off period)
- Experience creating, communicating, and driving project vision/scope documentation, work back schedules, managing project budgets, and guiding project deliverable reviewsÂ
- Adept at leading delivery-focused discussions, brainstorms, and working sessionsÂ
- Comfortable with requirement-gathering and producing connected business process flows and documentation
- Experience working with enterprise clients as a member of a consulting team
- Demonstrated ability to reach goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
- Good communication skills (consultant)
- Resourceful, start-up experience (able to handle ambiguity)
- Highly collaborative (asks good questions)
- Enjoys fast-paced work and challenges
- Balances ownership with shared responsibility
- Mitigates risks with clear, transparent communications

Salary Range: USD $100K – $120K per year
