CLA is looking to hire a casual time Change Management Director to join our Internal IT Team; and manage the full life cycle of employee-focused change management strategies (development, implementation, analysis, and communication), intended to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business results through thoughtful use of employee resources.
As a Change Management Director, you will
• Change Management Development: Develops and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. Creates plans to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders impacted by the changes. Identifies and analyzes risk mitigation tactics. Identifies and manages anticipated and persistent resistance. Integrates change management activities into the project plan.
• Change Impact Assessment: Drives faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. Increases benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes. Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholders. Defines and measures success metrics, monitors change progress, and tracks and report issues.
• Communication: Creates actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Change Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan. Enables the design, development, delivery and management of key communications. Coordinates efforts with other program managers and key stakeholders.
• Training: Oversees training and coaching of project management teams. Provides input, documents requirements, and supports the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluates and ensures user readiness.
What you will need:
• 7 years' experience in change management
• Bachelor's degree required (combination of education and experience may be considered a degree equivalent)
