CLA, one of the nation's largest public accounting and professional services firm is currently seeking a Change Management Director to join the growing IT organization team.

Essential Job Functions Summary
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
    • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
    • Create plans to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.
    • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
    • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
    • Integrate change management activities into the project plan

  • Assess the change impact
    • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work.
    • Increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.
    • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
    • Track and report issues
    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Support communication efforts
    • Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Change Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
    • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
    • Coordinate efforts with other program managers and key stakeholders
    • Consult and coach project teams and senior leaders to help their teams with transformation

  • Support training efforts
    • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
    • Evaluate and ensure user readiness

Requirements

Experience

5-10 years' experience working in project management and/or change management. Expertise with Microsoft Power Point as well as the full Microsoft suite of products.

Education

Bachelor's degree required or 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Certifications / Licenses
  • Change management certification or designation desired

Travel Requirements

This position requires < 10% travel.
