Pay Rate - $45-55/hr Job Description Change Management: Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization's goals, processes or technologies. The purpose of change management is to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change. We are looking for skills and experience in supporting change and transformation efforts by providing a framework of tools and resources to help individuals and the organization successfully transition through change. Communication: Proven skills and experience in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Qualifications and Competencies Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or equivalent degree required. Experience: Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
