Job Summary
The Organizational Design & Effectiveness team supports the organization by leading initiatives to address optimal operating structure, talent and organizational accountabilities and functional alignment to ensure alignment with enterprise goals, strategy and commitments. In addition, the team is responsible for overseeing Change Management supporting large, cross-functional initiatives.
The Change Management Specialist is accountable for supporting change management activities for large-scale, cross-functional transformational initiatives. This includes sponsor support, change tools and interventions, and assessments of activities for Org Design activities and other large scale projects. By applying core change management practices, this role will provide sponsors, leaders and HR partners the tools and expertise to drive awareness, adoption and engagement across impacted areas of the organization.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Consult with sponsors and business leads on the development of change management deliverables and artifacts including communication plans, stakeholder analysis, sponsorship plans, training plans and organizational impacts
Manages multiple projects simultaneously while providing individualized and aggregated reporting which is provided to sponsors and senior leaders as appropriate
Helps set strategic communications direction on short and long term projects and initiatives, partnering with project teams and internal communications
Develops measurable outcomes for projects and collects, analyzes, and acts on measurable feedback
Identifies, analyzes, and prepares risk mitigation tactics
Supports organizational design activities
Provides coaching to change agents, managers, and HR partners as they help drive successful change at all levels in the organization
Partners with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans and supports communication and training efforts.
Distinctions (if applicable):
Reports to: Director, Organization Design & Effectiveness
Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements: Normal office environment, some travel may be required.
Direct Reports: None
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent education (For Degree equivalent, this would read e.g. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience)
Years of Work Experience Required: 5+ years of Change Management Experience
Proven experience and knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Experience developing and delivering change management content including tools, training, presentation and plans
Experience working with executives sponsoring large scale projects and initiatives
Preferred Experience:
Formal Change Management training or certification (I.E., Prosci, CCMP, etc)
Type / focus of work experience preferred

HR Business Partner
Disclosure of COVID-19 vaccination status will be required after acceptance of a conditional offer of employment except where prohibited by applicable law.
