Currently, we are looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our vibrant and growing Business Practice group within the Business Operations department in our Princeton, NJ ,Washington, DC, Ann Arbor, MI, Chicago, IL, Cambridge, MA locations, or remote. This role will report to the Director of Business Practice and Change Management and focuses on the people side of change initiatives through Organizational Change Management (OCM). The Change Manager supports leaders and teams throughout the company in the planning and execution of business transformation initiatives. The Change Manager collaborates closely with leaders to define and communicate a clear vision for change, ensure staff engagement, align program objectives across key stakeholders, and drive successful organizational change.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Practice and Change Management, other Change Management Specialists and initiative leads to lead change management activities and apply a structured change methodology to transformation initiatives.
- Utilize change management best practices to support change and business transformation with initiative teams and throughout the organization.
- Manage multiple priorities and utilize problem-solving skills to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Conduct change impact analyses, identify key stakeholders and assess impact to them, and create actionable deliverables, including communication and training plans.
- Provide direct support, guidance, and coaching across functional boundaries to initiative leads, front-line managers/supervisors, and teams to drive the adoption of organizational changes.
- Identify and address sources of resistance to proposed changes and develop ways to minimize disruption.
- Use established change management tools and methodologies to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure stakeholder engagement, adoption, and overall progress of change initiatives.
- Actively support the advancement of organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, and apply diversity, equity, and inclusion lens across job responsibilities.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications or equivalent field required.
- Three plus years' experience leading organizational change initiatives and communications aimed at improving effectiveness and performance.
- Prior experience structuring and driving a change initiative.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- A combination of equivalent education and work experience may be substituted for the above requirements
This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of $75,000-$90,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
