What does a Business Change Manager do at Hogarth?

• Work closely with the PMO & Technology as a change management partner to drive change requirements with the aim to support the successful delivery of the projects in scope for the transformation

• Contribute to managing the culture and organizational change activities required by the transformation, making sure the business is brought along the journey and that the transformation is as seamless as possible

• Identify and manage change impacts of the various projects and define and execute change management plans to address them

• Involvement in creating change communications and coordinate change agents & super users to support the roll out of the changes

• Involvement in multiple deadline-driven global projects concurrently

• Influence all levels of stakeholders (including C-level)

• Develop and facilitate necessary but sometimes difficult messages, both for staff and stakeholders/customers that may impact on current ways of working to facilitate the change Requirements

• In depth professional experience delivering organizational and cultural change dealing with a portfolio of different projects

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Highly developed people influencer

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

• Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities with rigid deadlines

• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications

• Previous consulting experience is desirable but not essential Personal Skill set

• Strategic – Able to see and articulate the big picture 

• Pragmatic – Try to find solutions rather than add complexity

• Proactive – Behave as a self-starter who issues the need to be addressed and escalates accordingly

• Insightful – Think clearly to uncover the root causes of barriers to execution
