We are seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator / Change Manager to oversee initiatives spanning Cyber Security and IT Platforms, Operations, Workplace, and Service Management. This pivotal role will bridge both Cyber Security Group and Group Technology Solution functions, facilitating the coordination of complex projects crucial to organisational success.
Responsibilities:
- Key focus would be :
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project initiatives.
- Assist project managers in developing change management plans aligned with project goals.
- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders, ensuring comprehension and alignment.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential areas of resistance and devise mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and support to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to integrate cross-functional requirements into project plans.
- Provide regular progress reports to project team leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, risks, and areas needing attention.
- Facilitate project initiation and prioritization processes, ensuring thorough scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria analysis.
- Track projects and forecast resources using portfolio analytics tools, identifying and addressing resource constraints.
- Coordinate project team activities, ensuring proper sequencing, resource allocation, and deadline adherence.
- Schedule and facilitate project planning activities such as Quarterly planning workshops, ensuring effective preparation and communication.
- Identify and manage portfolio and roadmap risks and issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.
- Support internal and external stakeholder engagement, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project management practices.
- Implement best practices and standardized methodologies to enhance project coordination and change management.

Requirements:
- Good experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within technology domains.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organisational change management practices.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Change Management certification for example The Prosci ADKAR® Model is desirable.
